Refunds and cancellation
Cancelling
You can cancel Clockflux Pro at any time, yourself, from Settings in the app — there’s no form to fill in and nobody to email first.
Cancelling stops future charges. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and then your plan reverts to Free. Your time entries stay on the device you were using; the cloud copy is what goes away.
Refunds
If you’re within 14 days of a charge and Clockflux Pro isn’t what you wanted, email info@clockflux.app and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
This applies to a renewal as well as a first payment — if a renewal caught you off guard, that counts.
After 14 days we don’t refund the current period as a matter of course, but do write to us anyway if something went wrong. If Pro was unusable through a fault on our side, we’ll put it right.
Your statutory rights
If you’re a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services within 14 days. Our 14-day window above is meant to match that, and it does not replace or reduce it. If your local law gives you longer, that law wins.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe, which processes payments for Clockflux. Stripe usually takes 5–10 business days to return the money to your bank; we can’t speed that part up.
Tax charged on the original payment is refunded along with it.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account (Settings, in the app) also cancels your subscription. It does not automatically issue a refund — if you want one as well, email us and say so, and the 14-day window above applies exactly as normal.
